DF Rotary blade level indicators
The level limit switches type DF can, as occasion demands, be used as full, empty or demand indicator
for all bulk goods or sludges and pastes.
Due to the numerous and manifold possibilities of variation, the MOLLET rotary blade level indicators
can be used and adapted to every special task however.

The rotary blade level indicators are observing the filling level in silos, containers, weighers,
discharge pipes etc. and they are excellently qualified for use in dusty, powdery, granulated and
grained bulk goods as well as in granular bulk materials.

The DF- rotary blade level indicators are also qualified for the use in all potentially explosive dust and
gas atmospheres (in all hazardous locations). They guarantee an absolute reliability and safe function
even under extreme and the most difficult conditions.
Functionality
Variance of the resisting moment of a rotating measuring blade with or without bulk goods.
A shaft with a measuring blade is rotating by a motor.
As soon as the measuring blade will be in contact with the bulk goods, the rotation retards.
A signal switch registers the retardation and evaluates it.
