D9 Rotation control - function monitoring
- Pulsating „all-right-signal“ for rotary blade level indicator DF
The „all-right-signal“ has been generated from a special stabilized sensor with a separate,
independent electronics, witch is insensitive from voltage and current alterations. The signal
has been given to the controller as a pulsating signal in timed sequence „impulse-pause“.
Therefore it’s guaranteed that a failure source can be identified without any influences of
voltage breakdown, cable break or relay defect etc.
Thereby it is guaranteed that the secure function anyway of the rotary blade level indicator DF
can be registered by the controller respectively by the process control system as a real „all-right-signal“.
Permanent impulse-pause signal as long as the rotary blade level indicator is working correctly.
No signal if there is a malfunction or a failure of the appliance.

available in 24 V DC only
